Did you check the windows event log for anything weird? There is probably a driver which is the issue and results in a crash.

in VMWare settings i can see CD/DVD (IDE) auto dected. yes check box is at "Use Physical Drive" auto detecd(D:). here we can see auto detecd(D) "D" letter and in my computer there is "F" letter to cd rom.

The different drive letters are ok. What matters is that "Connected" is checked. If this still doesn't help, enable "Legacy Mode" in the virtual drive's "Advanced" settings. André
