I've been troubleshooting a similar issue with my F5 load balancer. According to F5 the recommended setting on the View Conneciton server is to not sure secure gateway for RDP and PCOIP. It resolved the issue for me, at least in regards to PCOIP.
From View manager go "View Configuraiton" then "Connection Server", edit your Conneciton server and then Uncheck "Secure Tunnel" and "Secure Gateway for PCOIP". If you get your locked.properties file right you should be okay to go.
